Applying fake eyelashes can prove difficult because you need to put them on using the right technique. They could fall off after a few hours if you use poor applying methods. First, you need a pair of tweezers, a pair of scissors, eyelashes; of course, mascara, eyeliner, and lash glue.

Step 1:

Measure the size of your eyelashes and make sure they fit your eyelids. If the lashes are too long for your eyelid, take a pair of scissors and cut the eyelashes leaving a “C” sort of shape. By cutting the lashes, you are able to get that natural look.

Step 2:

Make sure that your eyes don’t have makeup. Curl your eyelashes using your mascara. This will help your eyelashes and fake lashes match perfectly.

Step 3:

Get ready with the lash glue. Hold the lashes with your tweezers and start applying the glue. Apply enough glue; it will help the eyelashes mount properly on your eyelids. Leave this to dry for 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, you can fan them using your hand or paper to help them dry faster. If the eyelashes are too long, cut them, to acquire the length that you desire.

Step 4:

Place the eyelashes on the natural line of your lashes. A pair of tweezers will help you place them in the right position. Make sure the lashes don’t touch the outer corner of the eyes because they will irritate your eye. Once you are done with this, wait for a few minutes till the glue dries up completely. Use your mascara to blend in the fake and natural eyelashes.

Step 5:

When you’re done applying the false eyelashes, you can apply any makeup of your choice. Eyeliner will be great; you will achieve that doll look we all crave for. I do this every day and with practice, it becomes quite easy.

To remove the fake eyelashes, you will need to use makeup remover. Apply the makeup remover around your lash root. Close your eyes and remove the fake eyelashes as if you are unsealing loose tape. The makeup remover makes it easy for the eyelashes to fall off.
